The third release in the Royal Mint’s Great Engravers series, this 1kg silver coin reimagines the iconic quartered arms, first appearing on the reverse of the 1847 Crown. Originally engraved by William Wyom, the scarcity of the original Victorian coin led the coin becoming one of the most sort after collectable coins.
The Gothic Crown is part of a 2 part release. This piece is 999 fine silver and features the quartered arms and the reverse with Jody Clark’s portrait of Her Majesty the Queen. The second coin will be issued early next year with William Wyon’s portrait of Queen Victoria.

We offer FREE FULLY INSURED shipping anywhere in the United Kingdom. Standard delivery time is between 3-5 business working days and where possible you can track your order online once dispatched.
“In stock” coins will be shipped fully insured within 3-5 business days.
“Out of Stock” coins are items which are currently not available for purchase.
“Awaiting stock” means we are awaiting a delivery of items.
“On back order” coins are items which can be bought at the live spot price on the day but can take 4-8 weeks to source and deliver.
We will deliver your order in the fastest and safest way possible as soon as payment is cleared and the stock is available. We use Royal Mail, UPS and FedEx for our deliveries.
Please note that due to the increase in the gold price, we are unable to dispatch 500 gram and 1kg bars as it exceeds our insurance limits. Bars can still be collected in person or kept in secure storage.
Our packaging is discrete and we do everything to minimise the chance of anyone guessing the contents of the parcel. No reference to bullion or coins will be on the packaging.
We ask that you assist us in getting the order to you safely by making sure that the addresses you register are correct and that any card payments are made from a card registered in both your name and also to your address.
All parcels of any value are fully insured by us until signed for by someone at your address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays to the postal system which may affect delivery of your goods, which are beyond our control.
Collection
Orders that have been fully paid in advance can be collected from our office after we have contacted you to inform you that your package is ready to collect.
When you come to collect you must produce identification and a copy of the invoice for the goods you are collecting. We cannot release the goods to 3rd parties.
Storage
We offer a high security and insured storage solution from £10 or 0.065% per month. Our storage service includes free delivery to the vault, individual sub accounts and fully insured storage.
