This guide outlines our dispatch, shipping, and collection policies for UK and international customers purchasing through bullionhouse.co.uk
Please be aware that different policies may apply to purchases made via our eBay and Amazon stores.

Orders placed through our website can only be delivered to the billing address associated with the payment card. During checkout, the delivery address will be verified against the address registered with your card issuer. If the verification does not match, your order may be sent to our accounts team for additional review.

At Bullion House we offer Fully Insured delivered on all orders. We typically dispatch the majority of our orders with Royal Mail. You will receive tracking and updates via the courier, which will give you an estimated day of delivery.

Deliveries shipped by Royal Mail will typically be delivered with your local postal worker and be attempted by 1pm, although some local services may run later. 

Some larger silver orders (typically over 2kg) may be sent via FedEx due to weight restrictions with Royal Mail. We deliver all over the UK, as well as shipping to the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey.

Orders must be shipped to the billing address matching the card used to place the order. If you wish for your parcel to be delivered to an alternative address please ensure your select to pay via bank transfer.

In order to qualify for same-day dispatch the order will need to be fully processed and approved before 13:00. Any account set up requirements such as ID validation may delay the dispatch of your parcel, and we advise calling to speak with a member of our team to confirm availability and shipping times if you are in need of a quick delivery.

Please note, we dispatch orders Monday to Friday only, orders placed after 13:00 on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday at the earliest. Automated emails confirming the dispatch of your order(s) are typically sent at 19:00, Monday – Friday.

For customers based in areas such as the Scottish Highlands, the Outer Hebrides, and other rural or remote areas, it may take longer to receive your order due to transport logistics.

Tracking numbers will be shared automatically once Royal Mail collects from us and scans the parcels into their system. You therefore may not see the tracking update until 19:00 or later.

International Shipments

International Shipments are typically shipped with FedEx, however other courier services may be used depending on the destination and value of the order. Tracking details for your order will be shared once the parcel is packed and ready for shipment.

International shipping is typically charged at a flat rate of £50 however additional charges may apply for large orders over a certain weight or value.

What if I'm not home to take delivery of my package?

In the event nobody is home to accept your delivery, a Royal Mail red card/slip will normally be left to indicate attempted delivery, or where the parcel has been left, and this will also be communicated through the Royal Mail Track & Trace page so please refer to that for updates regarding the delivery.

Royal Mail will typically automatically reattempt delivery for Special Delivery parcels the next working day. After this your parcel will be held at your local Royal Mail depot for collection for 14 days before being returned to the sender. Please ensure you take ID when collecting any parcels.
